that's where insomnia cookies comes in. before this shop opened up in five points right here in birmingham, i had never heard of the brand, but thank goodness this entire new world has opened up to me. i've been fortunate to sample all of the insomnia cookies flavors, and honestly, there is not a bad cookie. my favorites are the reese's cup & double chocolate chunk (i'm a simple woman, clearly).
the cookies arrive warm & toasty at your door. yep. cookie delivery. till 3am. and yes, there's an insomnia cookies app to make it even freakin' easier for you. at this point, you have no way to say no to cookies.
